Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality control process, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Every item undergoes inspection before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• A handling fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

• After 24 hours, all orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

• If an item is deemed defective due to a production issue, we will review it on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement if appropriate.

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or seized packages once they leave our warehouse.

• Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
