• If an item does not pass inspection, we will immediately resolve the issue and notify you of any delay.
• As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a discount code if delays occur due to a failed inspection.
Estimated Shipping Times
• Orders typically arrive within one to four weeks, depending on the destination.
• Shipping to New Zealand generally takes around two weeks as of March two thousand twenty-five.
• Some countries may experience longer customs clearance times, including:
• Germany, Finland, Belgium, and the Philippines due to stricter regulations.
• Spain for bags and jewelry, while clothing and sneakers remain unaffected.
Customs and Border Regulations
• We use insider knowledge and established guidelines for each country to ensure smooth delivery.
• While we take every precaution, customs seizures are rare but can happen.
• If a package is seized by customs, it is at the buyer’s risk. We are not responsible for customs decisions.
Lost, Seized, or Delayed Packages
• If a package is delayed in transit, customers can contact us for support.
• If customs seizes a package, we do not offer refunds, as this is beyond our control.
• We are exploring an optional insurance plan that would provide a full refund for seized orders for a small fee. More details will be available soon.
